COURSE DATES:
- Dec. 1 4:00pm - 8:00pm
- Dec. 2 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Dec. 3 8:00am - 2:30pm
PRE-REQUISITES (Testing November 16 at 4:00pm):
- Swim 300 yds continuously and demonstrate breath control & rotary breathing
- Tread water for 2 minutes
- Feet first surface dive to 7 ft.
- Retrieve a 10 lb brick and swim 25 yds.
- 7-hour online course must be completed prior to classes
