Have you seen the Y’s newest toy? Two FITBENCHES were delivered on Wednesday, October 25. One is located in the circuit room and one is outside of the walking track near the Cycling Studio.
What is a FITBENCH? An all-inclusive workout bench, including dumbells, slam ball, kettlebell and fitbands. This unique portable bench allows for a variety of different exercises without having to search for a perfect location or equipment.
