I understand and agree that any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all background check processes, including a criminal history background check and any other screenings required by Praesidium, the YMCA’s child protection partner. These may include, but are not limited to, sex offender registry checks, reference verifications, and ongoing child safety compliance requirements.

If I am employed by the YMCA, I understand that my employment is at-will, meaning it can be terminated, with or without cause and with or without notice, at any time by either the YMCA or myself.
