Paul Cramer ~ Executive Director,
joined the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA in July 2003. Originally from
Madison, Paul began his YMCA career in 1991 at the Stevens Point
YMCA, followed by positions at the West Suburban YMCA in Wauwatosa,
and at the Lafayette Ind. YMCA. From 1996 until July 2003, he held
positions at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati YMCA as Branch Director
and Senior Executive Director. His particular interests are member
services, quality assurance and staff development. Paul and
his wife Nancy have 5 children ranging in ages from 5 to 16, who
are active in numerous YMCA and after-school activities.

Judy Budnik ~ Membership Director, has
been a YMCA employee for 37 years. Judy is responsible for all
aspects of membership - processing, record-keeping, billing, etc.
Judy is also the individual to contact for those in need of
financial assistance in order to participate in a YMCA program.
Judy and her husband enjoy spending time with their grandchildren,
walking and traveling.

Fitness & Active Older Adult Director

Shellie Dissmore ~ Fitness & Active Older Adult Director.
Shellie began her Y career 12 years ago teaching fitness classes
and has gradually assumed responsibilities as coordinator and now
Director of all adult fitness classes and our Active Older Adult
programs. Outside the Y, Shellie enjoys rollerblading,
biking, and accompanying her husband to their two children's
numerous sporting events.

~ Roy Engelland ~ Property Manager |
Roy Engelland ~ Property Manager, has
been at the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA for 15 years. Roy is
responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds.
Roy previously was a physical education teacher and maintenance
supervisor for the Wisconsin Dells Ducks. When not working at the
YMCA, Roy enjoys hunting, walleyball, and relaxing with his wife
and dogs.

Jane Gates ~ Program Operations
Director has 18 years of YMCA experience, with the past 14 years at
the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA. Jane oversees several staff members
as well as childcare areas, 4-K and the Youth and Gymnastics
programs. Prior to joining the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA, Jane was
the Youth Director at the Woodson YMCA in Wausau. In her free time,
Jane enjoys working out and spending time with her husband and
dog.

~ Jeff Hagman ~
Director of Tennis

Jeff Hagman ~ Director
of Tennis, began his career at the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA as a
Youth Tennis Instructor while still in high school, and has
returned and assumed the position of Tennis Director in September
2007. Jeff is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh, and a USPTA certified
tennis pro. Jeff is responsible for the administration of the
tennis courts, office, lessons and leagues. When not on the courts
at the Y, Jeff enjoys following sports, particularly the local high
school teams.

~ Carolyn Jensen ~ Aquatics
Director

Carolyn Jensen ~ Aquatics Director, has
been employed in the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA Aquatics Department
since 1974. She became the Aquatics Director in 1985, and is
certified by the national YMCA as a Lifeguard and
Swim Instructor-Trainer, as well as having numerous other YMCA
and Red Cross trainer certifications. Carolyn is responsible for
scheduling and programming of the pools, lifeguards and swim
instructors. She is also in charge of the YMCA's risk management
program. When not at the YMCA, Carolyn enjoys
camping and being outdoors with her family.

Karen Meyer ~
Director of Finance, joined the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA in April
2007 and works in the areas of Accounting, HR and IT. Karen
has over 25 years of business and financial experience, including
non-profits and accountant/auditor positions, and holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, as well as Business
Administration; and a Master’s degree in Management and
Organizational Behavior. In her free time, Karen enjoys biking,
golf, reading, crafts and spending time with family. Karen and her
husband Mike have two daughters and a son.

Craig Pautz ~ Physical Director, has
been with the YMCA for 13 years. Craig's responsibilities include
connecting with all new adult Y members, especially those
interested in fitness. He's responsible for the Lifestyle
Center and personal training, all adult sports, karate, and youth
racquetball and weight lifting. In his spare time, Craig
enjoys hunting, fishing, outdoor activities, and spending time with
his 3 children.

Carol Steinbrecher ~ Director of
Marketing & Financial Development, has 26 years of YMCA
experience, having held various positions at the YMCA from Aquatics
Director to Fitness Director. Currently, Carol is responsible for
financial development, marketing, web-site maintenance, community
contacts (presentations and cooperative efforts within the
Lakeshore communities), women's locker areas, and specialty
programming at the YMCA. In her spare time, Carol enjoys golf,
skiing, fishing and hunting with her husband and two sons.
