We have a membership that fits any size of individual or family. We also have youth memberships. Remember that there is a small joining fee for our adult and family memberships. Please contact our membership desk for more information at 920.682.0341.
Any child is eligible for a youth membership who is under 18 years of age or has not completed the twelfth grade. Ninth grade or older youth are entitled to participate in any activity reserved for adults.
For individuals 18 through 26 years of age.
For individuals 18 through 64 years of age.
For individuals 65 years of age and older
This membership includes husband and wife, and all dependent children in the family who have not completed twelfth grade. Full-time college students are covered through age 23.
Open to a one-parent household and his/her dependent children.
This membership includes husband and wife only.
A Program Member is a person who does not hold a full membership at the Y, but would like to participate in a specific program.
Guests of members may visit the Y at no charge no more than twice within a one-year period. Adults are able to bring other youth/adults. Youth may bring Adults only. Y Members must be present during the time their guests are visiting the Y. Day Memberships are available for a fee.

Joiner Fee: Memberships not renewed within 30 days of expiration are subject to another joiner fee.
FORM OF PAYMENT: To pay your membership dues monthly, we automatically debit from a bank account. If you wish to establish a montly bank draft, you must bring a voided check from the account you wish to use for payment or a letter from your bank with account and routing information (we do not accept bank deposit slips). The joiner fee (if applicable) and first month payment are required up front when joining. This initial payment may be made with cash, credit card (Visa | MasterCard | Discover) or check. Monthly bank drafts continue indefinitely, until you request cancellation.
You may make a joining/renewing yearly payment in full by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard and Discover.
GOVERNMENT ID: Anyone 16 and older is required to present a government-issued photo ID in order to apply for membership, receive a replacement membership card or use the facility as a guest. Please bring a driver's license, passport, government ID or military ID. The Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA regularly compares its membership database to the National Registry of Convicted Sex Offenders. It is our policy to terminate the membership of anyone registered as a sex offender.
