THE FACILITY BY THE LAKESHORE

The Y has two main swimming pools:

• 25 yard six lane pool with average temperature of 83 degrees
• Therapy/Instructional pool with average temperature of 86 degrees

There is also a hot tub available

A full cardio and weight/circuit room, has the best view of Lake Michigan, with a mixture of equipment including:

• Eliptical trainers
• Treadmills
• Stair machines
• bikes and recumbent bikes
• NuSteps
  
• Full free weight room
• A full circuit room

Our facility also includes

• Two full gyms for basketball, pickleball, volleyball, and classes
