Kids learn so much through school, such as skills and positive attitudes they will carry with them throughout their lives.  Enriching their personal development is the goal of our Y School-Age Child Care Day Camp Program, where the philosophy of fair play, team-work, making friends, and having fun are a part of every day.

Our programs offer a new and exciting focus on the 4 core values of the Y. Our devoted teachers encourage our youth to succeed in life.  This procedure is accomplished through living the values ourselves in the professional role-model atmosphere. These values will be taught, learned, and upheld everyday.

Everything from swimming and team sports to crafts and studying the environment.  Most importantly, your child will be in a safe and friendly atmosphere where the Y's core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility are an integral part of the curriculum.

Our experienced staff strives to provide a fun, adventurous and a safe summer experience.  The staff is chosen based on their enthusiastic personalities, leadership abilities and dedication to children.  We recruit staff who embody the core values of the YMCA; Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.  Our staff will create an incredible summer providing your child with lasting memories.  Each teacher and assistant will work with a group of approximately 15-18 children.  Child Care Teachers/Assistants are CPR/First Aid certified.  They are also certified and/or educated in child development, positive behavior guidance, abuse prevention, emergency procedures, and safety.
