YMCA Child Care Center
The YMCA Child Care Center is
licensed by the State of Wisconsin to care for
infants (6 weeks) through 6 year olds.
The Center is open Monday through Friday from
6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to suit your needs.
Your
infant to two year old will be nurtured in a
loving, caring environment by teachers who are
licensed in infant and toddler care. One
to two year olds are introduced to arts and
crafts, gym activities, and stories and finger
plays.
Trained,
professional providers will keep your two to
six year old socially and physically
motivated. Your child will love the new
playmates, music, gym, swimming, arts and
crafts, field trips and more!

Holy Family Memorial - YMCA Child Care Center
Located at 333 Reed Avenue at Holy Family Memorial
Hospital. This center also cares for children
6 weeks to 6 years, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. The
center is licensed for 30 and is currently taking full

MPSD 4 Year-old
Kindergarten
The YMCA is a site for the 4K Program for the Manitowoc
Public School District
Registration for the 2008-09 school year will begin
December 2nd with an Open House at all sites from
1:00-3:30 pm. Registration will be accepted at the MPSD

Kid Care (Babysitting Service)
Know
your child is safe and entertained while you
attend a YMCA class or work out. The
YMCA offers a babysitting service for parents
to use while participating in YMCA
activities. Children ages 6 months to
six years are occupied with games, songs and
supervised play.

Before
& After School Care
Before
& After School Care is currently being
offered at Jackson, Franklin, Monroe, Stangel, Madison and
Riverview Elementary Schools in Manitowoc, for
children ages 6 to 12. Care begins
at 6:00 a.m. until the start of school, and
from the end of school until 6:00 p.m.
They are supervised by trained, professional
staff; creating a safe, fun and educational
environment. Children have a chance to
engage in a wide variety of activities, and
never have to be home alone!
In addition to Before & After School Care, we offer “YMCA
No-School Fun Days" at the YMCA, when schools have off
during the week. Cost is $20 per day Y member; $25 per day Non-member and
includes all field trips. Activities
will include games, open gym & swim, field
trips, and more. Register at the

YMCA
Summer Camp - School Age Child Care June 9 -
August 22, 6 am - 6pm
The 2008 Summer Camp for
elementary-age children will be held at Madison School.
Our program integrates with the MPSD Summer School
program - If children are in both - they will be bused
to Summer School locations. Daily
activities include: arts and crafts, recreational games,
music, outdoor education, storytelling, swimming,
community service and field trips.
Summer Camp
Open House & Information days will be March 16th, 1 - 3
pm; and March 19th, 5 - 7 pm at Madison School.
Registration begins March 27 & 28 at the MPSD District
Office (2902 Lindbergh Dr) and will continue at the
YMCA throughout the Spring. Space is limited!
Camp Fees:
3 Days per week: $75 YMCA Member; $90 Non-member
Full Week: $105 YMCA Member; $130 Non-member
