AEROBOX
- A variety of kicks, boxing moves, interval and
aerobics, includes muscular strength & conditioning. Level I & II
BODY
SCULPT/
SCULPT
EXPRESS
- Strengthening and toning work only. (No
cardiovascular work) Level I & II. (Express -
30 minute class)
FIT FOR
LIFE
- Moderate to high intensity cardiovascular workout
including running and cross training. Includes
challenging muscular strength & endurance work. Level II.
INDOOR CYCLING -
Group cycling class - bikes are available on a
first-come, first served basis. Levels 1 & 2.
LATIN GROOVES - Fun, easy to follow moves to
Latin music - no dance background required. If you need
a change in your workout - this is the class for you!
Level I & II
RHYTHM AEROBICS
– Aerobic dance, muscle conditioning , and stretching
all in one class!. Level I.
STRAIGHT TO THE CORE
- 15 minutes concentrating strictly on abdominals.
Level II.
STEP
- Cardiovascular work using Reebok steps Includes
muscle strength & endurance work. Level
I & II.
STRETCHED & CENTERED
– gentle stretching to ease into your day. Level I & II.
WATER
WORKOUT
/ AQUA FIT
- Shallow water aerobic workout includes strength
and flexibility work. Level I & II.
WATER
JOG
- Deep water exercise using flotation devices. Not
necessary to know how to swim. Level I
YOGA
– Relieve stress and improve flexibility with hatha yoga. Level I & II
PILATES - Develop core strength and the
ability to use your body's power center. Beginner
& Intermediate Classes
Level I = Low to moderate intensity -
ideal for beginner exercisers.
Level II = Moderate to high intensity.
