FIT FOR
LIFE
- Moderate to high intensity cardiovascular workout
including running and cross training. Includes
challenging muscular strength & endurance work. Level II.
INDOOR CYCLING -
Group cycling class - bikes are available on a
first-come, first served basis. Levels 1 & 2.
PILATES -
The Pilates method focuses on core strength and the
ability to use your body's power center, concentrating
on the quality of movement, not the quantity. Level I &
II
POTLUCK -
Instructors choice! Fun and challenging, whatever the
workout is. (Schedules posted in Aerobic Room) Includes:
Step, Aerobox, Add-on aerobics and more!
RHYTHM AEROBICS
– Aerobic dance, muscle conditioning , and stretching
all in one class!. Level I & II.
STRAIGHT TO THE CORE
- 15 minutes concentrating strictly on abdominals.
Level II.
STEP
- Cardiovascular work using Reebok steps Includes
muscle strength & endurance work. Level
I & II.
STRETCHED & CENTERED
– gentle stretching to ease into your day. Level I & II.
YOGA
– Relieve stress and improve flexibility with hatha yoga. Level I & II
ZUMBA -
A fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes
that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness
system. Level I & II.
